UK delivery
Standard £4.95, 2–4 working days, free over £150. Express £12 next day when ordered before 14:00, Monday to Friday. Collect in store on Chiltern Street is free and ready within two hours.
International
We ship to the EU, US, Canada and Japan via DHL Express, typically 3–6 working days. Duties and VAT for non-UK destinations are payable by the recipient.
Returns
28 days from delivery, unworn, with the swing tag and the original dust bag. Email hello@lonkistudio.com and we will send a label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of the parcel arriving.
Alipay & WeChat Pay
Refunds return along the original rail. Alipay typically lands in 1–3 working days; WeChat Pay up to 10. Neither can be refunded to a bank card.
Alterations
Hems and sleeve shortening are free on outerwear and trousers bought from us, in store, usually within a week.
